The itinerary below serves as my big ol’ to do list for the year. I shall score these out and date when accomplished. Here’s to a productive year of self-discovery, hard work and lots of fun!
  1. Have visible abs (even just for one day!)
  2. Feel bikini ready by May 2016 (for holiday in Italy) by lowering body fat percentage
  3. JERF (just eat real food) for 2 whole weeks and share experience. Following a meal plan by C&J Nutrition.
  4. Stop biting my nails
  5. Complete Kayla Itsines BBG 1
  6. Complete Kayla Itsines BBG 2
  7. Film a YouTube video
  8. Buy a ring-bound organiser for everyday use
  9. Reduce my hours at the office
  10. Find a second (and/or third!) income
  11. Superfood challenge: eat one superfood each day for a week
  12. Start drawing/painting in art journal
  13. Buy a laptop
  14. Get back in the driving seat
  15. Complete the challenges set out in The Life Changing Magic of Tidying
  16. Set goals for weight lifting and smash them
  17. Finish decorating the hall, landing and stairs
  18. Improve my skin quality
  19. Try meditating
