// Using myfitnesspal to log all food this week. Mainly I have confirmed that I do not eat enough protein, and I am still addicted to sugar. On the plus side, whenever I take a probiotic I experience less bloating and overall good gut behaviour - go BioKult!

RECIPES: ALLERGY FREE PANCAKES

It was Shrove Tuesday this week which meant that pancake recipes were everywhere! You may be forgiven to think that if you are gluten free this means sitting back and watching others enjoy their fill; slowly feeling more and more depressed as your Instagram and Facebook feeds fill up with sugar, gluten, dairy and eggs.

Thankfully this doesn't have to be the case (okay, this post is a bit late for this year's pancake day).
